Custom database

Hello! I’ve been using Airtable for about a year now and it has been working well, however, it needs to be simplified. I managed to get a database going with some help but I made it more messy than I wanted :slightly_smiling_face: We are a small business and need to track our wholesale goods by serial number. Our currently accounting software does not allow this option. Does Airtable provide services to customize a database for me? We sell 3 brands of equipment and I track info from purchase to customer’s purchase. I would like to be able to click on or report on different aspects (SN#, mod#, customer, etc.)
