How to avoid having to edit URLs when I copy a base.

Hi,

We have three main tables.  Client table records have one or many Interaction Table records, which have one or many Outcome records.

To make the process smooth for collaborators and to reduce errors, I have a button on the Client record which launches an 'Enter NEW Interaction' form, with the Clients Name (i.e. its record id) pre-filled. Foe exammple

I frequently duplicate the live base to make test/training copies, every time I have to go into the url and manually alter the Enter NEW Interaction form's URL.  (And I have several other buttons performing a similar

Does anyone know a way round this? I would really like to use the forms name, rather than actual record Id.
