Hello,

I'm trying to create a view that is tasks stacked by owner in Airtable as a kanban but it keeps creating cards with deactivated users in them but there's no way to delete or hide those users. I think this will be irritating for my team because it's more people to sift through. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Emilia

If you create a view that contains only the active users that should take care of the problem.  Unfortunately Airtable still includes the "Uncharacterized" group which is one of the reason's I rarely use the feature any longer.

Hi @emiliac95,
You can solve the problem by adding a filter to the specific Kanban view that only selects active users (rather than all users - this will ensure that when your team goes through the view they will not need to sift through deactivated users

I hope this helps,
