I'm getting a pop-up saying "This form was upgraded" when I edit one of my forms. I've tried both options it gives me, but I can't get the message to stop popping up. It's unclear what to do.

It's also unclear what the message is anyway, they are trying to scare you into using the new interface designer with an annoying message.

+35Yes, if you’ve already upgraded your old form into a new form, you can delete the old form (in the “views” menu in the left margin) and continue to use the new form (from the “Forms” button at the top of the screen).
