Welcome to the community, @Kari_Clark! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: Airtable’s native forms aren’t robust enough to do this. It would be possible to make the connection using a script (either manually run, or automatically via the scripting action beta) after the data has been added to Airtable, but not live while the form is being filled out. To make that kind of live connection, you might touch base with Dan at @openside to see if his On2Air Forms tool (which uses JotForm) has that capability.
As @Justin_Barrett mentioned, On2Air Forms + JotForm is a great solution for this.
