Hello. I am trying to send out a survey and have the data (responses) input into a table. I created the table and thought I could share the form view to get data inputed into airtable, but now I am concerned that would make my data available for everyone I share the link with to see. How can I send out a survey just to collect data that only I can view?

+35Sharing a form does not make your data available. A form only allows people to enter new records into your database. So you can go ahead and use a form.
Go to the form view in your base and there is an icon on the very far right. This will allow to just send the form and no way for users to view data.
