I have a question regarding base design, I hope someone can help !

I use Airtable pro to collect answers from 100 candidates using jotform ( 50 questions) .

Then I display the answers of the candidates in gallery to have a more user friendly review. The problem is that I want to do the evaluation with multiple evaluators. and I can not afford to give them licenses ( we are speaking about 60 evaluators)

How should I design the base to be able to collect the evaluation of the 100 candidates by the 60 evaluators ? I have a jotform pro account so I am not limited in using it.
