Can you help me understand what is the proper way to design base, tabs that are maintenance-friendly?

So I have a Product table/tab on Airtable. From each product item, I want to create multiple forms based on type e.g. Type-A, Type-B, and then record the form submissions so that it’s easy to manage the submissions.
