Hi,

I’m new to Airtable and just starting to figure it out. I feel like there must be a way to do what I want to do, but I can’t figure it out.

I have one table with a list of items.

I have a second table with a list of tasks that need to get done.

Each task is linked to a specific item- so on my Tasks table there is a column for Item that shows me which Item the task is linked to.

Each Item is linked to multiple tasks.

Each task has a column with a checkbox for ‘Complete’

I need a way to set it so that if all tasks linked to a specific item are marked as complete, the item itself gets marked as complete somehow, so I can filter it out of the main view of items. The item can get marked as complete with either a checkbox field or single select dropdown field or whatever kind of field will work.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

Thank you!
