trying to create a standard column names to be in multiple tables acroess a data base- the data below differes so I don't want to link the WHOLE column - just the top field names- anyone know how to do this?

+3Look up fields, now have the ability to limit the amount of items shown so you can do that. If you need to sort the items in the look up field before linking them, so you only link top values, then you would need to create a condition in the table. You are looking up and then add that condition to the look up field so only those values are being looked up
