Is there a way to completely lock a tab so certain people can't access it?
Example: I have 2 tabs for 2 separate clients. I need these 2 clients not to be able to access all tabs.

Regardless of their permissions, collaborators will always be able to see every part of any base they belong to; it isn't possible to restrict visibility to only some parts of a base (i.e., records, fields, views, or tables) for any collaborator. In this case, we'd recommend taking a look at our collaboration guide or our doc on sharing a portion of a base, after which you might ultimately decide to distribute view share links or synced tables with your clients' respective information.
