I am trying to keep track of a modest inventory of trailers. Sometimes they are here, and sometimes they are out… But I want to audit everyday… looking to easily find the trailer brand/serial number and check of several conditions (location, contents etc…) and print this information… is this possible in Airtable, and if so, how?

Yes, this is very possible in Airtable. I’ve set up something exactly like this for daily inspections of equipment. There are a few things to consider, mostly around how you want to be able to review the data in the future, how user friendly it needs to be and how many users will need to access/edit the data. If you want, I’m happy to discuss some of the methods I’ve used to set applications like this up and the lessons I’ve learned.
