Hi, I’m a first-time Airtable user testing out the User Research template. Is it suggested to delete the sample data records and add your own records, or is there another place in Airtable where records get created?

Welcome to Airtable !
In Airtable you create a Base, this Base is the sheet where you will be doing your work. The Templates are there to help, if you use a Template you can clear any data it has and put in your own data as this is now your sheet.
