I have copywriters and designers uploading content to our bases on a daily basis. It seems as though previewing Microsoft Word documents (.dox extensions) is not available with the current Box app that Airtable uses to preview attachments. Or am I missing something?
Screenshots below are from our interfaces. If you have any ideas how we can get these previews to show it would be greatly appreciated!

This turned out to be an issue with our company firewall, not an Airtable issue!

This helped me figure out what was wrong with the same issue. Except, my browser security settings got reset, and I had to allow the content to be displayed. Thanks so much!!
