I am trying to set up my inventory to track shirts given to my employees. I can’t get the look up and/or roll up feature to work. Here’s what Im looking for…
TYPE OF SHIRT | SIZE | QTY ORDERED | QTY ASSIGNED TO EMPLOYEE | CURRENT INVENTORY
If I could get here I’d be set. I don’t know why i can’t get the look up feature to work or the rollup but please help!
Hi @Joseph_James - I would do something like this:
“Assigned to Employee” is a link field to the second table:
You can then use a “count” type field to count the number of shirts assigned, then take this from the original quantity ordered to get the the current inventory.
