Single-Select Options From Related Table Records

Is it possible to use the values in a field to populate a single-select field in a related table? Example: Table A has a field Color with 5 records. The values in the Color field are: red, blue, green, blue and red. This results in a single-select field, also called Color, in Table B with red, blue, and green as the options. The options would update when I add a record in Table A with purple in the Color field - resulting in these options in Table B’s Color field: red, blue, green and purple.
