Hello all! I have a Multiple Select column in several tables within a single base, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically sync the available options across the different tables. Hoping to avoid continually having to go in and manually update them to make them consistent. Thanks!

+13Hi Lauren! You might be better served by using a linked record. Create a new table -I’ll name it “Options” - that holds each of the multiple select options that you want in the “Name” column. Then link it to each table where you want to have the same multiple select options. Then, when you want to add options that sync across each table, just add them to the “Options” table. If you want a more visual example, share some more details about your base and I’ll provide an example

Thanks, great solution! Not quite as pretty as Multiple Select (gotta love those colors), but definitely way more functional.
