Tracking enquiries and bookings for short-term accommodation

I’ve got a base that I’m using for my short-term accommodation facility, but I’ve made a mess of it while learning the ropes; Maybe I need to start from scratch. Is there a base design template that I could make use of? Enquiry log needs to be maintained for both existing customers and new prospects. Full specification available. Thank you.
