Hi folks!

I have a table that lists some projects, with a field for the people working on that project. This is linked to a table of people. I’m trying to figure out how I could capture the work individual people do on individual projects (eg. Person 1 spends 50% of his time on Project A, and 50% on Project B, Person 2 spends 100% of her time on Project . The project column in the people table shows all the projects on one line.

Would appreciate any guidance you can offer.

(I come from a SQL background but struggling to get my head around how to do this in Airtable. Thank you for being patient!)
