So, I built a new form…and tested it…I cannot attach an image by selecting “Take Photo” in the attachment field. All options work except for “Take Photo”…this is an Android device.
Did something change…I’ve been using forms on mobile and adding photo attachment without issue until today.

Can you send me your email address and I can forward the technical response. Basically, you need to tell your phone to ask permission to use the camera…they were able to solve my problem…assuming yours is the same
