Upload gsheet tables with relationships already established

I have 3 tables in a gsheet - Meals, Dishes and Ingredients with a one to many parent-child relationship through IDs - meal ID, dish ID and ingredient ID.

Is it possible to upload this data along with the relationships or I need to establish the relationships in airtable again manually?

If it is possible, kindly also explain how?

Assuming this is a one time load the following process should work for you. 

  • load your sheet and tabs 
  • in meals find your dishes field and change it to a linked record lining to the dishes tables
  • repeat for dishes and ingredients
