I have a few solutions on another platform that allow free users to vote on records.  Is this possible in Airtable?  I’m willing to pay for myself and my team, but asking people who will only use the solutions once or twice a year to vote is a non-starter.

Airtable knows this and I don’t see a way for users to edit anything without paying.

Your options are to use a form like filllout, or build an interface on Softr/Zite, You can have unlimited users voting, and more, that way.

Hmm, assuming your set up is:

  1. Table where each record represents an option to vote for
  2. Table where each record represents a vote for one of the options, with the voter’s details

Then you could try using a workaround involving forms and I’ve set it up here for you to check out and the form would look like this:
