Hello, 

Very new to airtable, I would like to create a weekly timesheet for all employees similar to the attached images, 

Is this possible?

You'd definitely be able to get the data, but I think the UI would be quite different I'm afraid.  Here's how I'd set it up:

It gets more complicated as these'll need to be broken down by employee too.  Hopefully someone else has a cleaner solution!
