when adding images in attachment fields is there a way(or extension) that can pull metadata from the image file like document title, description, keywords and add them/assign them to fields in Air Table?

+35Hmmm... I believe that you would need to have your file stored in a cloud drive somewhere that would reveal all of that metadata to you via its API.
Then, you could write a Javascript script or use 3rd-party software like Make to send all of that file's metadata to Airtable, along with sending the file to Airtable as well.
Maybe somebody else has a better idea than this!
