Directly from their support docs.

Currently, we support individual attachments up to 5GB in size. You can upload any file type into an attachment field, but only certain file types can be displayed within Airtable. Learn about which file types are able to be viewed in this article.

A PHP file is really a plain text file with a .php extension and content written in PHP. You can upload it to an attachment field just like any other file. Note that the Airtable will not execute the file.
