Hi everybody,
Zapier does not recognises the datas in “link to” fields. Is adding a look-up field compulsary for zapier to read the information ?

Linked Records fields are as what the name suggest, they are links to other records, what zapier sees is the Record ID. If you want the data in that field I would suggest to use a Rollup or a Lookup Field.
