403 Error on patch after 19 successful patches

Hey folks,
I’m receiving a 403 error during a Patch after having patched 19 times successfully. If I have invalid permissions, as the 403 indicates, then why am I able to do it successfully 19 times with a similar payload before the error is raised? I’ve looked carefully at the patch payload for weird escape characters or data type issues but I don’t see any anomalies. I’ve also tried slowing down the patches with a time.sleep(). I’ve tried reducing the size of the payload to the minimal size. I’m at a loss as to what else to try. hmmm. bugs bugs bugs.
