I would like to change the value of a record by sending an email.
For example, I want that when sending an email to a specific email address, thanks to the subject of the email a record in a table changes its content.
Is that possible?

Sure this absolutely possible @Pedro_Munoz_Urena.
The easiest solution will be to check out Zapier. With Zapier you can create a unique email address that is watched. After that, you’ll need to define your logic for altering the Airtable record.
