Hi all, Hope someone can help with this.



I’d like to create/steal a script that will copy field1 into field2 in the same table



They are both same data type (formula number into number field) and the script would run on automation everytime a record enters a view.



Any ideas out there?



I’m sure it’s simple if you know how.

You may not need a script, and instead you could try the Automatons “Update record” action.







Select the number field, click the “+” icon and select the value from the trigger record’s formula field.
