I'm a new user (still on the trial period before going to Pro). I'm trying to import records using the .csv import extension. However, I keep getting the message that I can't import the records because the "table is locked".

I've searched the help, looked around here, and opened a trouble ticket 4 days ago to which I have yet to receive a reply about this.

In the help, I've found how to unlock a view, but not a table. Can someone please refer me to the solution here? I've looked under every link with no success.

Have you tried editing the table permissions to make sure you can change records? By default you should be able to, but here's where you go:

Yes, in fact it was under there, somehow it was set to "Nobody could alter the files" including me! It's working now! Thank you.


Since the last pricing change, it looks like locked views are now gated to a higher price plan. All of my previously created locked views are no longer unlockable. That doesn't seem right. Any confirmation or help?
