I’ve created a Button field (see bellow) that for some reason remains inactive.
Surprisingly the exact formula works without any issues in a different table.

+29Seems the ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT applied to lookup fields was the issue.
Lookup fields are often the source of issues in formulas!
