I haven’t personally used MRI Real Estate Software before, but you can successfully integrate Airtable with ANY software that has an API by using Make’s advanced automations & integrations.

Since Make doesn’t natively support MRI Real Estate Software amongst its 3,000+ natively-supported apps, you would simply need to write your own custom API calls by using Make’s HTTP modules.

Any good consultant would know how to write these API calls for you, because they’re just standard REST API calls..

If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable. 

I also give live demonstrations of how to use Make in many of my Airtable podcast appearances. For example, in this video, I show how to work with Airtable arrays in Make.

Alternatively, there are 2 other apps that you can use to integrate Airtable with external APIs as well: DataFetcher and Zapier. (Oh, and you can also write your own custom JavaScripts in Airtable as well.)

I see that Zapier does actually offer some very limited support for RealEstateAPI, but I would highly recommend staying away from Zapier for the reasons that I outline in this thread.

Make is INFINITELY more powerful & customizable than Zapier, yet it is SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER than Zapier.

Hm, do you have a link to the documentation to their web API?  I tried to do a google for this but they’ve got so many products / regions that without knowing the exact product it’s hard to say how easy / difficult it would be

For example, Property Central appears to have an API but no public documentation about it (https://www.mrisoftware.com/za/products/property-central/api/), and Eagle appears to connect with Zapier (https://www.mrisoftware.com/au/products/eagle/integrations/)

As a more general thing, if they’ve got a web API and provide API keys it should be reasonably straightforward to connect to it via Airtable automations and the Run a Script action.  If you could talk about any specific difficulties you faced and provide a link to the documentation I can see what I can do to help!
