I need to import the “Resolution” field from Jira Cloud  (Resolved, Won’t Do, Cancelled, etc) -- this is not showing up in the Standard fields, and is not listed on the Help page (https://support.airtable.com/docs/airtable-sync-integration-jira-cloud)

Also wondering if there is support yet for custom fields?

I think you may want to open a support ticket with Airtable directly to get clarification on this; I haven’t seen people talk about the Jira sync much on the forums I’m afraid

Hm the docs mention this if that helps, sorry if you already saw this!

If you can’t get it to work with Airtable’s native Jira integrations, your best option would be to use Make’s Jira integrations in conjunction with Make’s Airtable integrations

If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you can instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable

Hi there,

The Resolution field in Jira Cloud (e.g., Resolved, Won’t Do, Cancelled) often doesn’t appear in Airtable’s Standard field list because it’s technically a system field that Jira handles differently than custom fields. Many users report that it doesn’t sync by default with Airtable since it’s not exposed in the standard API endpoint Airtable currently uses.

Regarding custom fields—as of the latest updates, Airtable Sync for Jira Cloud still has limited support for custom fields, and only some field types sync reliably. If your custom fields aren’t showing up, it’s likely because they aren’t supported yet in the current integration.

A good workaround some teams use is exporting these fields via a Jira filter or API, then syncing them into Airtable through tools like Zapier, Make, or a custom script.

Hope this helps clarify!
