yeah I also have this problem via the url - it means when I pull it through to the CRM it doesnt play anything. And the url renders just the player but with no audio. In my case it is an mpeg file however…

It seems that this is still a thing, and no one is paying attention. I'm trying to get the URL for a make.com scenario, but the URL is not working. When trying to play the file from a softr.io web, it doesn't work either. Any solution to this? Why allow for uploading if the content is not directly available for play?
