Hi, I am new to Airtable. It appears to be a good product with zero support. 

I was hoping to find someone who can train me. I have a lot of questions and with each question, I seem to go down a rabbit hole watching video after video and it is taking way too much time.

Is there anyone who can help tudor me? I would pay (of course). 

Things I need help on:

creating a form that will populate 2 tables

creating a form that will update information on a table. (not overwrite)

And this is just today.

For this you would need to use an automation I believe.  You'd have your automation trigger when the form was submitted, and it would have a "Create Record" action that would create a record with the exact same data.  (If you don't need to modify the data I would recommend you use a linked field and lookups instead)
