There’s another service outage happening right now that may be having an effect and so I reckon you might want to open a support ticket directly to rule that out and get some help before trying to go too far into troubleshooting
I don’t see anything on Airtable’s status page, however a similar issue was raised on the Community yesterday.

Yes, I know the pains of connecting to Airtable via OAuth. Luckily, I’ve been through it all and can guide you!
I also found this super helpful: https://github.com/Airtable/oauth-example. Unfortunately, it was written in JS and I was using Python.
But if you’re still having trouble, it would be helpful to share your code so that we can debug. Make sure to hide all sensitive information.
Also, my OAuth integration is still working so it may not be an Airtable service issue (at the moment)
