Make sure to ask for a human to answer, as usually first reply is AI generated I beleive :D. When a human does reply, it is usually super nice and helpful.  :D

No, I didn't email support. 

I Asked ChatGPT and followed the instructions by going to my Airtable workspace. 

On the icon that has my initial. 

I clicked on it  and edited the name there to the name,  I wanted on my certificate.

Then I  went back to Airtable Academy and refresh it 

It automatically changed to the correct name. 

I hope the explanation is clear enough?
