I am developing a college course and want to have students build an airtable that curates all higher education programs for students with disabilities. Is that possible?

Hm, what would that entail specifically?  If it helps, if you can imagine them being able to do it in a spreadsheet it’d definitely be doable in Airtable, but better

If you could talk about specific concerns you might have about this workflow I can see what I can do to help!

If your goal is to give students a list of such programs and have them create an Airtable base, then yes, this is totally doable. For example, you could plan to give your students a CSV of programs, and have them import the data into Airtable and create a base with tagging and interfaces. That would be totally doable. You could even have them experiment with finding more information about the listed programs using Airtable’s AI Field Agents.

Similarly, if your goal is to have students research programs themselves and set up an Airtable base where they can enter and store the results of their research, then yes, again, totally doable.

However, if your goal is to have your students create a program that *finds* higher education programs for students with disabilities, then Airtable is not the technology I would choose for that. It’s not designed for web scraping, and your students will struggle.
