Can a Salesforce Integration be Done Via API?

I can’t stand using Salesforce and due to acquisition, our company has multiple instances, which screws up data integrity. I’m using Airtable on the side to clean up records but would love to be able to pull in fields form Salesforce or publish new data back to Salesforce.

You could probably do something with Zapier. :slightly_smiling_face:

Best,

Arthur.

Good call. I checked it out and it is less robust than I’d hoped. Appreciate the tip, @Tuur.

Hello! I have developed an extension (Salesforce Connector ) that allows you to create, update, and delete data in Salesforce using information from Airtable. Additionally, it can synchronize reports and data from Salesforce. If you're interested, you can try it out to see if it meets your needs.

@medfuturexai

Hi, my connector can update data from airtable to salesforce. You need to:

1) Select the Salesforce object to be operated.

2) Specify the Table and Field in Airtable.

3) Specify which field stores the Salesforce object ID

4) Map the table field to the object.

5) Run your request.

6) The result will be saved in the Result Field of Airtable.

Feel free to shoot me an email (support2@funshowtech.com). Hope this helps you.

If you’re trying to integrate Airtable with Salesforce and need smooth syncing of data between the two, a Salesforce integration expert can make a big difference. Instead of manually exporting and importing records or using messy workarounds, the expert will set up a direct integration to sync relevant tables and objects automatically.

With the right setup, changes in Airtable (like new records or updates) will automatically reflect in Salesforce nd vice versa ensuring your data stays consistent across tools.

If you find the configuration tricky or want to avoid data mismatches and sync delays, hiring a Salesforce integration expert is a smart way to get it done cleanly and reliably.
