I am using formula fields to generate prefilled form links to send out via email and SMS. The emails are pushing through fine, however, the URL is not being generated and sent through the SMS via Twilio. The message comes through, but there is no URL included.

I'm wondering if your automation is firing before the URL is generated or if you are possibly using an outdated test record. I can't see the full conditions of your trigger, but can you confirm if you have a condition set on your lookup field (the prefill URL) not being empty before the automation is triggered? Adding that and retesting would resolve both scenarios.
