Hey guys. I wanted the Enterprise API and i have registered with a free account for now. But the Page says that the link says “Page not found”. Is there something i can do? or do i need to switch to the paid version to access it?

Enterprise features are for customers with enterprise accounts, not customers with free accounts. With a free account, you can use the standard REST API.
