Upload attachment API 404

I’m using your API to upload attachments.
While simple requests work fine, when I try to send real files, the API responds with a 404 error. This makes it difficult to debug the issue.

    How are you uploading the attachments?  Can you provide your code, an example URL for a file you're trying to upload, and screenshots of the table you're trying to upload into with the attachment field visible?
