Where to find Resource URL

Hi
I am using AppGyver to produce my app, and I am attempting to link my table to my app via rest API. I am at apoint where I am being asked for the Resource URL (AppGyver). Where can I find Resource URL in Airtable?

    You can get the Base id by selecting your table at REST API - Airtable
