+2I received some interesting info about the new portals feature and have filled out the stupid sales form (because I have an enterprise account) but no one seems to want to help me. Sad that I’m having to go these lengths given that I THINK the feature might actually be valuable enough for me to waste my time trying to track down a person.

I am having the same issue. I have been trying to inquire about upgrading to the Enterprise plan but have not received a response to any of the sales contact forms I’ve filled out over the last several days. I have specific questions around HIPAA compliance, so it would be helpful to speak to someone who’s knowledgable in this area. I am on a tight timeline and will have to switch to a different platform if I don’t hear from anyone in the next day or so.
