Hello,
I want to create a navigation pane on the left side of a form which will allow users to quickly click to another category/table? Any suggestions?

+5You could embed the form into your own website and design your website to display a navigation pane to the left of the form-- try running a search for ‘2 column HTML templates’ and start with that. Personally I would just grab a very minimal 2 column template and then Bootstrap it. This same embed technique could be used for the table also.
