I’d like to know if there’s a way to check/validate/verify the number being entered by the user when entering in the form. The tab(table) has preassigned numbers(should they be text or numbers for using elsewhere?), so I want to be sure it just automates a new number.
Is there a way to do this?
Also it does have to be two digits only.

Unfortunately Airtable’s default forms don’t currently support live data validation. And because forms are also not connected live to the base (there’s no record until the form is submitted), it’s impossible to prevent duplication.

For more robust form setups, you’ll need to use a third-party form system. I strongly suggest using Jotform with @openside’s product On2Air: Forms.

Thanks for the answer :slightly_smiling_face: Dang. Ok, I’ll have to see if we can get that then.
