The formula popup appears for me when editing formulas. There is no setting to enable, this is likely a bug or a side effect of A/B user interface testing. I would send an email to support @ airtable.com

The formula popup has not been showing up for me for several days. I submitted a report request and was told that Airtable’s engineers are actively working on a fix. No update on when that fix might be available.
