Get week number starting on Monday where Week 1 is the first week with at least 4 days

Here’s the same thing that I’m looking to do with timeanddate.com

I’ve tried a few workarounds but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of low-level date functions in Airtable that I can use to do this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
