Is there an easy way to grab share price data? Google Sheets has a function to do this - is there anything equivalent in Airtable - or do I have to write a script?

Welcome to the community, @Barry_Gilchrist! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: There isn’t a built-in function to do this. You don’t have to write a script to pull it off, though. You could likely use either Zapier or Integromat to pull the data from some available source and insert it into Airtable.
