How do I fix attachment rendering so it does not look like a broken link?

I have an attachement link that has a bunch of attachments but every now and then one of them looks like the below, but works when clicked. It seems to usually be .pdf’s.

Any way to avoid this?

Hi @Kim_Trager1,

Adam from Airtable here. If you wouldn’t mind sending a ticket to support@airtable.com, we could take a deeper look. We have been having some issues with our attachment field recently and would love to help troubleshoot and provide more clear information if you are still experiencing this issue.

Thanks!

Sure - thank you. Do I just send an email describing the issue?
